Single Register of Insurance, Banking and Finance Intermediaries is a private body with the legal form of a non-profit association benefiting from a public service delegation to maintain and update the Single Register. Orias is administered by representatives of the insurance, banking and financial sectors under the supervision of the General Directorate of the French Treasury.
